Can't see friend's matches

I have a friend who plays top eleven. He is in my list but i can't see he's matches live. Any idea why?

You're not on the same server as him.

You have to be on the same server as him to watch his matches.

And I know you're going to ask "can I be put on the same server", so I will pre-emptively say "no, you can't change server".

I've two kind of friends
1: the one from facebook
2: the one made in-game

I never can watch or support the friends from facebook, but even on a different server ( i guess, because he doesnt play in my cups) i can watch and support friends in-game

In-game friends are all on your server, otherwise how did you add them?

I have like 100 facebook friends playing this game, and only 1 in my server, it seems really wrong..

We have no idea how many servers there are, though.
