I am using those 2 sets of drills

The thing is that in Defense drills, I have "Piggy in the middle" in lv3 - 3 whistles , while in "Video Analysis" I have only two.
So I think that gives some disadvantage.

Good point. At the moment it might be wise to use your highest level drills as they will give the best progress. But in the end we will all have all drills at world class, so I decided not to bother about that part.

Then this is what you're training. Defense > Physical and Mental > Attack.

I finally managed to open it with the tablet, but with the computer has been impossible.

btw, I thought these files contained more than just the table of each workable skill. It's probably because I'm not able to use it properly.
