How can I increase fitness level of my players. Currently after just one game my players are dropping fitness from 99 to 50-60. Is there anyway I can increase the fitness level so that they can play 2 matches in 4-5 hrs gap?

Are you using man on man marking?
No. It's always Zonal and pressing Low
Personally I never saw such drop with zonal. In the old and new version my players lose 20-30%. I can't tell...are your players old?
