    Confusion Over Training

I've read a few tutorials on training and don't feel like I've gained much new knowledge. I'm just going to summarise my confusion in a few seperate questions in the hope you guys can help me, if this is the wrong thread feel free to redirect me.

What's the main aim of training? - Is it to get each bonus to 10% or to train players skills up. I don't know if it's because I'm a low level but my players skills seem to increase very little with each training. I've heard of people just training subs to get the full bonuses and still have a fully conditioned main 11.

How do the bonuses work exactly? And which one is the most important? - I noticed if you watch the game live you can use the bonuses and they last 20 minutes. So do the bonuses only get used if you watch the game live?

Should I train positions separately? Or all of the players each time? - everyone seems to differ vastly in opinion on this.

In the preparation for each game, I've been told to do 3-4 training sessions. Should I stick to the recommend amount or do more/less?

If I try to train a player to gain a new position or specialist skill, does this take away from potential skill growth?

How do the combinations of training work? - I understand that using the same one more than once doesn't have much of an effect, and from what I've heard the order doesn't actually matter. Should I only use easy training, hard or a mixture of both?

When I unlock a new training type. Should I keep unlocking say, all the attacking drills to gain better drills or unlock each category equally. I've heard you can get better than the 3 whistles, something like a golden ball?

Sorry for all the questions, I've only had the game for 3 days.
