    The training Gym provides you with 2 rests (green packs) to use on your players. You will get a message to say they have been added.

    Its NOT a place where you move players to.

    No... It gives you two green packs. You can choose who to give them to.

    As motrin hints, the 2 green packs are added to your existing inventory of green packs at the top of your screen .

    The same thing happens with blue packs from the *thingy* and red packs from the *whatjamacalllit*.
