In an away game, you plus 4 friends = +16. If home stadium is full = -5. Total possession = +11 in your favour.

And the game is not simple.
How old are you ?
Are you familiar with other managerial- strategy games ?
Do you know about football and all those expressions ?

If not, better start some other game, more about playing football, not fm
if yes, take it easy.
You cannot learn the game in one week.
