Legend for Acronyms and symbols

Hi is there a site with a legend explaining symbols and short-forms?

To start of I am pretty new to football/soccer so I don't know all the lingo and what it exactly means and some terms seem to be different in Canada then in Europe.

Example.

My back up goalie has a red diamond with and exclamation mark in it. I can not figure out what that means. Its not the triangle meaning out of position.

What does form mean? some have many numbers 9-9-5-8-3 and some one. 9
