The 4 2 1 2 1 formation, attacking, really? I don't get it cause you have 6 players in your own field

i want you to use 5-1-2-2
the formation that i suggested above needs to have at least 1 dmc, an aml and an amr
team mentality: hard attacking
passing direction: through the middle
passing style: long
force counterattacks: yes
pressing style: high a.k.a whole-pitch pressing
slide tackling style: hard
marking style: man-to-man
catch offside traps: yes

Why to spend so much condition using hard and man to man ?
