is this a valid formation??? our rating is about the same..

there is a keeper, there are enough defenders, there are players on the flanks, there are players in the midfield and there are strikers.

No it isn't. This formation is very legal. You do not need a ML/MC/MR in the middle row. I have played against something similar and my opponent was never penalised for using it.

And for the OP, use 4-1-4-1
