Buildings and upgrades

There are many questions about upgrading the severall buildings on top eleven.
I've found some picture who explains this a lot......
Maybe this could help some players.....

That's pretty helpful as it gives an idea of how far away from certain parts you are from completing the stadium upgrades.

A couple of suggestions though:

1. What each upgrade does?
2. How it improves your team/club?

Other than the extra Rest, I am wondering if there is an increase in the amount of skill gain/points a player receives per training session (regardless of stretch/cardio/match practice).

Also, why is some of the writing in blue?

This is a picture I found......this day/week i'm going to upgrade it. Do not mention the colors ors dots....it means in this case nothing
