how to defeat 3-4-1-2

how can i defeat

I also have difficulties when playing against teams with these formations and i play in 4-4-2 narrow diamond :confused:

Did some matches against this formation:
4-1-4-1

--------------ST
-ML(UP) MC MC MR(UP)
--------------DMC
-DL(UP)- DC - DC- DR(UP)

You can play defensive, counter and attack the flanks, mixed pass style.
And if something goes wrong swap on mc for an ST.
