Hey,
My next opponent in the quarter finales of the cup has a little bit better team than me.
He uses this formation:
3-2-3-2
--ST----ST---
--------------
--MC-MC-MC--
DML------DMR
--DC-DC-DC--
I was wondering what counters him... I really can't find out and the sticky help also doesn't do good work for me, lost first match with 1-2..

The sticky says use 4-4-2 classic. Have you tried that?
yes, it lost pretty hard.. :(
4-4-2 is the standard counter formation for 3-2-3-2
I can't think of any other ones that will beat it.
4-1-3-2 look better to face 3-2-3-2 in my opinion
try to use 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 with long pass and try to attack from the wings.. because 3-2-3-2 too poor offence, but good on mid and very strong on central defence (in my oppinion)..
