So in brief I should buy 5-6 fast trainers at the start of the season and mainly in DC,MC,ML,RM,AMC. Correct me if I am wrong.

How much should I be willing to pay for fast trainers, and could you please explain how to find them (I am aware of the thread I just find it hard to follow)!
