I would like to suggest training with a 3-3-2-0-2 (3DC-DMR-DMC-DML-2MC-2ST)

I could not see the game for work and lost 4-2 I was visiting, fairly reassignable since I am convinced that I can score more than 2 goals, nothing more that I need to keep the 0 to be able to look for the comeback.

attack: for both sides.
Passes: Mixed.
Against: ON
Mentality: Offensive.
High pressure
Inputs: Hard.
Brand: Zonal.
Off-Side: OFF

move your DMC to DC (you need 2 DC)
start with def/counter/mix/mix

if doesn't work, switch to attack/high pressing/man to man
no ofside & hard tackling

Defensive ...?, I need to revert a 4-2

4 defender because 3 it will come that opponent that will beat you. The suggestion was made.to you to play with 4D / DML, DMR is not good.
