How to abuse weakest inactive teams?

Hi guys, I know this is strange questions, but I got frustrated in the beginning of season, because I had few (3) very easy matches VS 40-70% weaker teams, but maximum I got was 4-1; 3-0 and 3-0. In all of those matches I completely dominated with 80% possession.Before this sample of matches I would have expected to win at least one of those matches 10-0, but it seems that those inactive teams are well managed by bots :) After all, I usually win 3-0 against same quality team, not against bot teams with such a low quality team...

I play 4-3-2w-1 . What tactics should I set? Normal with counters? Hard attacking? Pressing High? All other stuff?
