hi coaches

ive been playing top eleven since 23-11-2017 and ihave built a great medium team and im doing well in liga

but ihave noticed some players in the top of the league dont have powerful players and thier formation is sh!t and they still wining every match even ive played with the top of the league, ihave win 4-0 , idont talk about just 1 team nah 2 or 3 teams on the top that (highest star of a player 4) !!!!!!!

now i im fine and wining every match ouch ihave draw 2 weeks ago but im doing well
but that what i have mentioned is anonying me and its seem a glitch
can someone explain m sorry for this long message and sorry for this dead english lol

Stars are not important, you've been playing just 2 weeks. People that are playing for 2 years still don't know nothing, so, be patient

Watching the game, observing and giving the right orders is more important than the formation.

here is my main formation (i do simple changes in midfield usualy)
and im now near to the top of the league more than before
and iwant stop that man on the top by any way
the gr8 news is ihave match against him after 3 rounds from now
and guys how do you rate my formation :o

Facts:
High pressing increases your defensive efforts. It is always more effective to play with it than without, but 30-35% more condition will go to waste, so be careful and don't tire your players up before the match is ended. Sometimes man-to-man is more effective than high pressing, sometimes otherwise; both increase the condition loss.

Opinion:
I use HighPress or m2m separately only in important and difficult games; together only in the last half of those games if I really need it. None of them in easy games (less condition means less training, means less team quality).
All the ND-style formations can be quite effective in certain situation, but on the other hand they can be easily countered. These are pretty straightforward and not flexible formations.
4-3-3 has only three midfielders, and this is another weak spot of this formation. There is a common opinion that AMC/L/R+ST are usually more effective than a tight pack of strikers.

I agree with Toxcatl.
I prefer to have options from the flanks too.
Or else , use AMC +2ST
