Setting a 3N/W-1-3W-1-2: orders?

So, i am alwais been charmed by it and gonna test it tonight in CL's match. There are few questions tho:

1-Against what formations does it work best?

2-Giving that i am usually stronger, i play quite offensive, so what orders are best? Expecially, should it be used with mixed passing/play zone?

3-Arrows: which roles to be set on red? anyone to be set in blue?

4-Is it a given to play 3W behind when facing AMs and 3N when facing STs or AMC + STs?

5-Would it work too settin 3W behind and 3N in the middle? If yes, against what formations?

I play 3w against all kind of strikeforce and it seems to work well :)
