Rest

Can i ask , while we rest . . does condition and morale up too ?

condition yes, morale no :)

The only time you need to rest a player is when you do not want to train him.
Any other time is not necessary as the game engine takes car of that when it shuts down each day for maintenance.
I used to use it all the time but it makes no difference what so ever.
I've forgot to switch back into normal before a game a couple of times, no difference what's so ever in the outcome, performance or ratings.
It now stays in normal, apart from as I said above.
