Advices for my team

now, i just got frustrated of losing on league matches, I have tried to come to support my team but it seems useless and even i play against the lower average team...
now i just want u to give me what formation and tactic i should use...?? and which players i should sell..??

what is the team orders??

i use attack, both flanks, own half, normal, mixed pass, zonal, with counter attack no offside trap

try to use this:

---------ST---------

AML------------AMR

---------MC--------

-----DMC--DMC-----

DL---DC----DC---DR

or

---------ST---------

ML------MC------MR

-----DMC--DMC-----

DL---DC----DC---DR

team orders:
Normal/Attacking mentality is good..

Down both flanks

Whole pitch

Short passing

Normal tackling

Zonal marking

if you use:
1.Normal mentality = force counterattack
2.Attacking mentality = offside trap

and you can put red arrow on AML/AMR and ML/MR

With your best squad it should be you stay 1-3 position the league. :D

I can conclude that formation can be use with your player role like:


4-3-3

----GK-----
DL-DC-DC-DR
-MC-MC-MC-
-ST-ST-ST-

Team orders: defensive, through the middle, own half, normal tackling, long pass, with counter attack no offside trap

OR

4-2-2-2

Team Orders: defensive, both flanks, own half, normal tackling, long pass, with counter attack no offside trap

The condition of your players is very low, that could also be a reason for the bad results.

I Think so but I dunno what actually happen, even i have tried to come and support my team it seems useless... also even I am facing team with lower average than mine...

NO, the pic i took just after i do some training on em and for sure I always check my team condition and morale before a match except when I didnt come to the match

Facing Konrad FC who is really confident using 4-5-1V formation, I came up with 4-2-1-2-1 as Tirto said. It looks good when my team Unonk FC take the lead from a free kick by Alop Saiyavong. However Konrad Fc make a move and scored a goal before the first half ended to make it draw. Since I feel I need more possession in middle, so i take off the 2 DMC to 2 MC, 4-3-2-1. As the result, Abdullah saves Unonk FC from losing on CL by his goal on 64. After that, both of us have some chances but nobody score again until the end of the match.

and here is the opponent for the next game, about 3 hour later

another win for Unonk FC as i guess since Velat FC looks like an abandoned team maybe, but i never guess the result will be like this

I only advice to you to use your winning formation, I think you more to know your own squad :D

lose again, it is really an inconsistent season i've ever had. However, I think it's ok since Real Sporting has stronger team with some 6* and 7* player while mine are only some 5* and only 1 with 6*
I have tried the butterfly, then turn it to 4-5-1 but it doesnt change anything
