How do you set arrows on MacBook

Hi Guys

usually play on iPad, but update not there yet, so tried on MacBook and it is there. Done some saved formations, but can't work out how to do the arrows?

do you see in the right side a new button ?

you tab that, then go to every player and add green-attack, red-defense or none
