Εfficient Training

I made a spreadsheet which calculates the most efficient drill for each player,
based on the new training system.
The only thing that you must do is to fill in your players attributes in the orange line
and then you can select the drill or drills with the highest number from the blue column
to train your player, or from the yellow column to train your Goalkeeper.
Do not forget to check regularly the most efficient drill after a certain number of training sets.
If a drill has a negative number on blue column, then this drill is useless.

Still that counts all attributes, including gray ones... but good work !!

You can choose only the drills that trains white skills if you want.
But white skills dont matter as they used to.Quality matters though.
Remember that when the attributes from a drill reach 150% you can
gain only 1 skill per rest pack so its better then to train with mix drills.

You are right, actually White skills are coming from Games, you can do some friendlies for getting only white skills. Then i train only gray low % skills. This is the best method to gain quality.

Does this assume equal training abilities for each drill? Ie all drills at 3 or 4 whistles?

What do you mean with equal training abilities for each drill?
It does not matter what level are your drills, if are not world class
you gain your skills slower.
This tool calculates how much skill you can gain from a drill
and which drill is most efficient for your player to gain quality faster.
