Since that he is attacking on all sides I would focus the attack on certain area (right, left or center) and set all passing to go through there. doing so you are also keeping your defence open on two sides, so I would put an extra defender (right,left, plus 3 in the middle) and put arrow down on all, or just put the regular one with defensive midfielder arrow down.
in addition I would use counter attacks and long passes (play with passes during the game to see what works best for you)
