Are there any new managers who wanna play friendly matches?

You could add other managers as friends by keep trying to click onto profiles and see if you could add them. There is a small percentage of managers in the same server bidding for the same pool of players.

Saying that, new managers really should not play friendlies because the small amount of training experience earned is worth a lot when it comes to levelling up drills, so any available conditions should go to training regardless of being useful on player development. Obviously always train to exhaustion before every player is sold.
