What is wrong? I always do only 20% poss.

You have no players on the flanks, you need at least one left sided player and one right sided player, It doesn't have to be symmetical, you just need one player on both sides.

Either, You only need one player on the right (1 from DR, DMR, MR, AMR) and one from the left (DL, DML, ML, AML), it doesn't matter what combination but you need 1 of each.
