-offensive mentality
-mixed focus of passing
-short style of passing

I have idea to play against him by 4-2N(DMC)-3W-1 or 5-1-2-2 (5-3-2) with defensive focus without counter and short passing. His team is a little weaker (about 3-4%, but he has 130% striker) than my.
