I have a question .. Which is how I buy players for my team without using The Tokens ?

Can I buy the players through the cash on my bank ?

You have to use tokens to bid on players, the only ways you get a player that is free are by the 2* youth player and a retirement from your current squad being placed by another player (albeit late 20s and worse quality than your player retired).
