4-3-2-1 down both flanks.
Mentality: Normal
No Counter or Off side Ermm just throw 2 - 3 strikers in, 4-1-4-1 is a very defensive formation so set strikers to Red arrows. I've never played a stronger 4-1-4-1 but whenever I do I win with 4-3-2-1.
