help me against this formation pls

I would like to know what are my possibilities against this formation:


This is the formation im running atm, u can also view my players here, is there an other formation i can run?
and what about orders too.


Im thinking about running 4-5-1 Vstyle against that formation, is it good? or should i run with what i have right now.

The 451V should work ok. Personally, I would attack him through the centre with the narrow diamond 4-1-2-1-2, don't use counter attack or off side trap, attack mentality, mixed passing should fix him up.
