Advice against 4-3-3 formation

I use 4-1-4-1

ML (UP)--MC----MC----MR (UP)

DL (UP)--DC----DC-----DR (UP)

Against 4-3-3 and my tactics are:

Normal mentality, Down Both Flanks, Pressing: Own Half, Tackling: Normal, Passing Style: Short, Marking Style: Zonal.

Is there anything i should change?
