I mean, no you can't change it without spending tokens, and even tokens won't help with your away fixtures.
You're unlucky, but game times isn't something you can do much about.

How wecan change time with spending tokens?
You can change the times of your home matches. In your fixture list, click on the clock between the team names. You can spend 2 tokens to change the match time. There are limits to the times you can choose, but I don't know the details.
