Best orders for 4-5-1 ?

Hello guys!
I really have a problem in this game, my team have the highest skill points rating in the league, CC, and the cup. However, the performance is so poor!
My team is in the 2nd level. its rating is 23.5 and 4 stars. I started the season by winning with results like 8-2, 7-0, 6-0, 5-0 (with reserves) in 2 cup matches, 1 league match, and a CC match. Until I played against 16th team in the league (with a rating of 13.4), we suddenly lost 3-0! Afterthat, I played a match against a similar team, I also lost 3-1!
I don't know the reason for this sudden drop of performance, Do u have an answer? :)

By the way, the main reason for writing this post is to ask u if u have a particular order for 4-5-1

Note: I changed about 7 players in the past 3 days. I wonder if this is the reason, although I bought 4* and 5* players and sold 2and3* players!
