Advice needed for my team

Hi all,

Could you advise what formations and tactics should I use for my team? I used 3-5-2 flat but have lost 3 games and drawn 1 in a row... no goals scored by the team for the past 4 games... need urgent advice, pls.

Buy a DL so you can play 4-3-2 but with what do you have there you can't create a better them then what you have.
