hello... i didn´t understand yet what i have to do to make the auto-substitutions work because i can´t attend almost all of my games..... thanks for the help.

You just need to drag them there, but your players will be changed only if somebody will be injured.

You need to go to auto-subs in your team tactics and drag players on your bench to the auto-subs to get them to work,
you need to drop players in the following: def = defender, mid = midfielder, fwd = strikers, wing = left/right sided players, gk = gk.
