game freeze

1 of the games in my association has frozen can this be fixed?

It's been happening to me over the past few days. Games wouldn't start at their start time, or would finally started a few minutes later or I just couldn't log into them.
I contacted Nordeus, earlier today and sent them screen shots of my problem. I got a response from them a few hours later telling me that they're aware of the issue and are working on it. They even game me 10 tokens of each type as an "apology". That doesn't help in that I'm now stuck in limbo in an Association Tournament with all the other games played, bar mine. I've got matches that are meant to be played in a couple of hours time.

I've logged out and back in at least five times, rebooted my PC and I'm still stuck!

I've sent these images to them a little while ago. Not impressed to be honest, even if they gave me some "freebies"

It's now 50 mins later, after the game was meant to start, and it's still stuck!

They awarded me 1 point for each game and a 0-0 draw, despite the fact they didn't turn up with 11 players.. This should be a walkover victory and 3 points per game! What about loans etc and also the fact they're playing association games, you'd think they've got a full squad!

Nordeus don't seem to give a toss, or do they? They most certainly don't keep people informed of any game issues.

Hi Managers

We are aware of both issues and working to fix them:

- Association matches being frozen / unable to join matches
- Problems with walkovers (when rival is not capable of bringing 11 players to the pitch)
