i watch videos and don`t always receive my free money, rest, morale or treatment. why?

now i`ve just tried to earn treatments and sat through the same video 3 times and my treatments are still on 2

Have you tried clearing all cookies, the browser cache, and restarting? Also, what browser? I find Chrome works best for video (but I play game on Firefox.)


Even with that, sometimes it doesnt work, if you have already seen video, sometimes it only gives booster once.
