What's Brewing in TE? [Preview]

Greetings Managers!

After the big change to friendlies we've had, I'm sure everyone was wondering what was next on to-do list? Here are two small previews of features we are working on. Before you check them out, please keep in mind that these images show a work-in-progress feature still in development and subject to change. That means that if it turns out that the feature doesn't work well with the game, we might go as far as to not implement it.

With that out of the way...

Club History



This new feature will give you a much more detailed overview of your Club's history and performance in the current season, including club players who stand out and make a name for themselves.

Job Center



This is a pretty big feature that addresses one of the big concerns certain players have had, which was that they sometimes wanted to start fresh on a lower level, whether to play with friends or just for a change of pace. The Job Center is that. You will be able to take control of other teams who are in need of a manager and start a new career there. These clubs are always of a lower level than you. We are still working out the details, but you will be able to bring with you certain resources (like purchasee Club Shop items and tokens), while certain things will depend on the team you've taken over (like stadiums, for example).

These features are still in development and we can't offer an estimate on when they will go live, but we hope to make them available on certain servers in the near future as part of testing.

Please let us know in this thread what you think of these features and what you'd like to see in them. Keep in mind, this isn't the only things we have brewing, but are likely the features you'll see in the game first.

But, I have a question, that many will ask so I might as well. If you want to take over a team to play with your friends does that mean you get to change server?

i like this but have one well two question why did not say on forum when i asked what are T11 plans for new year and two when are you going to fix transfer market that is bugged now as a few have been complaining about it

This is exactly my question!!!! I want these, especially the Club History one, on Android.... I hope the releases on all platforms are simultaneous and not months apart....

I like the changes overall, but lols, whats that... "Favourite Formation: 4-4-3"???? LOLs That made me laugh.... I know that is just made up but that was a good one.

And what about fixing the troll engine, making it more real and dependable????

Seems interesting the side of history will do the team more of "us", I would like to see a side with a little calendar as a resume of every season, in the place of the "flags" section... perfectly this side can be deleted, and use this space, for something more interesting for the players...
Champions league and Cup Top scorer, GK ranking, (and a little picture that say one player won it^^) and a change to do the valoration of the ratings of players more realistic, can be updated, for example if league have 26 matches to do a GK ranking one Gk should have to play the 80% of matches and 18 of 26 inleague, and ratings per player, the same.
At now you obtain a 9 of rating only playing 1 match in all season, and he ends 1st in the top.... ....all these things are details that can be changed at now...
So, history of the club and individial players history should have to be added, to do the game more nice, and, we can go more "far away" and, add a place of the "best of the best" of the server, and add a page in the cup to see in our server who have more cups, better scorer etc

Too really I don't know how will work exactly this idea to be the manager of another team, so, we will play with 2 clubs?... ...is an intersting side this, because, there are lots of robot teams, (...-.-''' without use) ...and, can be nice play in 2 ways with this posibility;

1-to have oportunity to manage 2 teams, yeah, more in = conditions. Boss contract, manager contract.

2-add a "real type of contract, with time condition" and depending of the results owned. Called Coach contract.
This will create a sensation of real life in the game, with decisions depending the results, and if we loose the work, no problem, because we still having the 1st team as always, our club of all life.,,, and too we can start a new job in another club.

This option will be good to have an active market, in high levels if, the server give us the posibility to play a Coach contract in a high level of our server that have a empty market, and a team playing forever alone.

Of course in this sense the Coach Contract have to give us the option to use some $$$ team, by default, depending of the work that we have to do in this club.

That's my viewpoint. Is a great oportunity.Take it Nordeus.

I will change my signature for "I want you using a 4-4-3", sounds more cool.

If all goes well when we test them for the Web client, they'll be added to mobile platforms as well, yes.

The Job Center works so that when you take a new team, you leave your old one. There are no plans to control more than one club at the moment.

IF you decide to leave your club for lower club, will the tokens and packs that you`v saved go with you too ???

Like Cat said, would we be able to take over teams on different severs, and if so, can we check if it's the same server as our friends?

I like the idea of the first update though.

Also, I'd love for a way to check up on past players, for example i'd like to be able to see how my star ST I sold 4 seasons ago is doing at his new club etc.

Inb4, I realise you can just add the player who bought him, but I'm not keen on randomly adding people I don't know.

I don't think you will be able to choose what team you want and more then sure only teams from your servers, I think the game will give you a list of teams to choose.
