You should use 4-5-1 V-style in my opinion as he is very weak on the wings but you are still strong in the middle . You could also use 3-5-2 V-Style with blue arrows on you DC's .

I would say 4-4-2
With team mentality : normal
Focus passing : down both flanks
Pressing : own half
Tackling : normal
Passing : mixed
Marking : zone
Now put on 1st half red arrows on ML / MR ...

Is there 3 mc or mc/ml/Mr ?

Thanks but a bit late I played 4-5-1 v-style and at half time it was 1-1 I changed it to 4-1-2-1-2 ND
and goals started to come and won 3-1
