    Dealing with scheduling problem

    Hi,

So...I'm quite new here just starting my second season after coming top in my season 1 league, and I've noticed something that could present me with quite the problem early on!

Games today - CL game at 16:02, League game at 16:17
Games tomorrow - Cup game at 14:15, League game at 15:13

It gets a little more reasonable after that, for the days that I can see.

Now my question is this - how do you deal with games that are so close together? The players won't have time to regain their condition between the two games, and I'm an almost-free player, so I don't have a group of reserves that are good enough to swap in en-masse.

There no cheap answer to that problem...Its simply be prepared play a weaker team for the 2nd or later match...Or get the tokens out to buy booster packs...

One thing i have noticed though is that players will still perform to somewhere near there best at around 85% peak fitness. Si there's no need to have all your players 100% for all the matches...Especially against lower rated teams

I am on level 6 and have won or finished second every league season so far with 2 C/L wins to boot. I just try to organise my self to allow a good mix of quality and fitness between my squad to allow for two matches a day...

if one of these is a home game you can use 2 tokens to change game time to suit, you can`t do do this if away as it`s only home teams that can change the first on you put is tough as you`l have 2 to 3 mins to change squad and add pack where as tomorrow not so bad as you and hour

How do you keep your players so fit? I dont think a single player i have is above 50% condition. I havnt trained them this season at all...

Thanks - the good thing for me today is that my first match is my CL match, and the second one is my league match (a quick scan through the rest of the teams in my league puts me far ahead of everyone else in team quality, except for one guy who's a mile ahead of me lol).

I'm figuring I'll run my top team for the CL match, maybe with 2/3 players rested, and sub in as many as I can after halftime - hopefully I can keep a team that's close to reasonable fitness for the second, without running entirely 2/3 star players! I've got 3 green boosters to put into the mix too...

This is part of their business model: cause as many issues as possible in order to entice you to spend your tokens. simple. Do you think they actually care that you have issues with scheduling? They do this on purpose. Anyone who cant see that is a fool...not saying anyone in particular is a fool, just in case someone takes it that way and reports to the ban-man.

Oh, I'm in no way complaining about it - it's an interesting challenge, and forces me to consider the strength of my reserve team (which, ultimately, will put me in a better position if I get an injury-struck season later on)

I'll let everyone know how I get on, anyway - the matches are in just over an hour, should be entertaining!

Well, success in both matches today, which was a nice surprise - took the CL match early with 2 goals, subbed out my best people to keep them alive...

Went into the league match with most floating in the 80-85% range, and wound up with a 5-1 win, the only downside being a 6-day injury to one of my 4* MCs, but it's dealable with!

Hi steve, i am on season 5 now and the best way i do it is train your players the night before so that for your first game the next day all your players will be 99% ( it can be done ) just count how many times they will get 5% after you have played your last match that day then train your players so they will be 99% by the time your first match comes along the next day Its best to watch as many games as you can so you get more freebies that will help with treatment, morale and fitness, good luck.

Hi Steve...i agree with the above advice. If you have the time and it does take time...about an hour a day, besides matches...train at night having worked out the time to first match as Jimbo said.

Ive done it for 5 seasons know and once you get into it its not to difficult to get 2 fully conditioned teams each day with a big enough squad..

    Good Luck
