Time to change team composition before a new game

Does anyone nows the time limit to make changes to our team before a game starts.

A have 2 games with a 15 minutes diference.

I guess within 5 minutes before game starts

you can not change team with 3 mins left so you get about 2/3 mins to change

Minimum 4 minutes before the game starts. Sometimes you can make changes 4 mins before, but other times the game won't allow you to, so better be safe

3 minutes is the limit to change formation and give Boosts. But while you are waiting for the kick of, in the game menu, you can change the players position in the field, but no changes, otherwise you will have one less substitution.
