I think this is an interesting story to share with you.
It's about a superb (in quality) team, JUVENTOUS, with a manager who don't like to watch his games (but he is active).
I met him last season in my CH.L. where he won the title in auto and this season was in my league (still playing in auto).

Usually playing with 4-5-1 V. I don't know about the orders but suppose it's defense or normal because he doesn't score much.
In most of the games of my league, opponents are active and watching their games.
As they have good teams too, the ball possession is against JUVE in many games.
