I'm in a pettern of playing LVL+1 one season, and LVL+2 the next. Rinse and repeat. This season I'm LVL10 in a LVL11 Cup. My friend is LVL9 and is in the same Cup tournament while I also saw a LVL14 team.

LVL10-11 teams make up over 90% of the field. I've seen 2-3 12's and a random 14. This sounds like LVL11 Cup.
