Association Matches

Last week when my Association was playing semi final home legs, the matches of my team and another member's team were not played surprisingly....we have both got 1 point each...when i clicked the match result a message was popping up saying 'match was not played because the defeated club did not arrive with 11 eligible players for the game'. first leg was won by my association...so here the defeated team is my opponent. i want to know if my opponent did not come with 11 eligible players how am i getting only one point??? its a walk over...they didn't come to the match...so i must get three points right???
