Training day

It says you can only train once per day while the tournament is under way, but how long is a day, if you train at 3pm on a friday then surely you must be able to train after 3pm the next day. Where i come from there is only 24 hours in a day. Needing answers to this, anybody know.

Regarding association training bonuses, a day is the length of time between the draw and end of the round.

For example, where I live the draw is announced at 4 a.m., so I can provide a training bonus for the semi-finals at anytime between 4 am friday and when matches end on Saturday. Then the process repeats itself once the draw for the finals/3rd place match is announced.
