I've checked Sebastián Brinkworth's other thread in the Spanish forum and the reply he gave under another F.A. recruitment thread.

It seems that Sebastián is genuinely recruiting for his F.A. group and that, English most likely not being his first language, he found your F.A. recruitment thread from last month and might have decided that it looks professional and will help with his own recruitment - basically "This is the way to do it."

This is not something out of the ordinary for any forum in any online game - players learn from other players.

Indeed his thread here looks very copy-pasted but if it helps your fellow manager to find other like-minded individuals for his in-game group he might like the game more and have fun.

I honestly don't think that any IP theft is happening here.

If you so request then I may prompt Sebastián to change up the format of his thread but truly, I don't believe that he meant any harm.
