    Only the captain of an association can change the captain. What u can do is, propose the idea of forming a new association to the other members and see if they'd be willing to join. Or, you can look for a new associations, there are people posting here every week in hopes of replacing inactive teams or members that voluntary left their association.

    We have the same problem. Captain got banned from facebook and can't get the account back. Our FA can't win the tournament anymore. Yesterday we got destroyed with 28-6. This needs to be solved.
