    Requirements are:

    - Active (Exchange gifts, Pro active Player loans)
    - Experienced (Preferably above lvl 15)
    - Being charismatic and having a good attitude ( )
    - Good team rating (5* or above)
    - Can speak(write) and understand one of the following languages: English, German, Swiss-German, Turkish or French.
