Assocciation points decrease

One question, if we have at the end of the season with assocciation 1100 points do we go to gold 2 or is first -20% of points which means you have at the end of the season 880 and you go back to silver 1?

If at the end of Silver 1 you have 1100 points, you'll start Gold 3 with 880 points so you need 20 points just to stay in Gold 3!
