Dragon Alliance (Gold Division 1, North America) has opened up a spot on our roster. We are looking to recruit a highly dedicated manager. We are aiming for Platinum division and need players who strongly desire the same.
We have been a Platinum Association for the last 2 seasons; however, some problematic commitment led to our return to Gold 1 and the opening of a spot. We are seeking someone who wishes to make it to Platinum, has a commensurate level of commitment and a track record of success.
Association Stats:
Gold Division 1 (Ended last season with 1266 pts in Platinum)
Record: 35-12-12-4
Our Association Minimum Requirements:
- 6-star starting lineup of an ambitious manager working towards 7 stars.
- Always keep all training bonuses maxed 10% for association tourneys (we can provide advice to achieve this easily), always help other members with training bonuses
- Each season, must train at least one newly signed player to 7 stars by mid-season. This is an easy requirement for a dedicated player.
- Active in chat to discuss strategies and loans. We use a Facebook Group for communications.
- Frequent attendee of live matches (Home Games: 5pm Pacific Time)
- Fluent English Reading/Writing.
The perfect candidate can demonstrate their competitiveness with the following:
- 7-star starting eleven by season end
- train at least one player to 8 stars by season end (achievable for a dedicated player)
- Win a trophy of some sort almost every season.
We will consider all requests; being the perfect candidate is desired but not required.
