Hi,

We are looking for 3 Active members for our association which is going to Gold Division 2 in 2 weeks time.

The qualities which we look in managers are listed below:

1) Manager must be active and co-operative in association matches
2) Must be capable of building new team every season (with atleast 6 star players)
3) Must discuss tactics before 1 hour of association matches and pick up 3 loan players (Weak link in his team) and must help other teams by loaning players as well.

Currently I'm in gold 1 but my association are so unreliable we are getting relegated the captain never turns up and loses by several goals! Only one guy actually speaks to me, I'm surprised we ever got so far.

I'm level 10 currently 118%, easily getting to 6* early every season, should get to 7* by the end of season.

I loan 6* players when I can as I usually end up having sub's or even reserves of good quality that I just do not need in my first team.
