I am looking for members in my association, in hopes to reach platinum division,
without losing more than 5 times. Might be a difficult task, but it's possible

Requirements:

6 and above star level
28 age average, but it will lower by .5 each time we get promoted from Bronze 1* (Platinum division: 24 age average)

I look for managers that invest in youth and are active and are also active in the chat.
